I’m putting out a call for you to consciously awaken and discover your sacred intimacy with all creation. Live your life in full Presence from an open heart, letting creativity, joy and compassion flow freely again.

If you have a true longing for Truth and the Divine, and the courage to meet yourself wherever you find yourself, you can awaken. No one is too wounded to transform in the light of Divine Presence. In fact, your grief or trauma may be your portal into your True Self. It certainly was for me.

Your spiritual path is unique to you, and I try to honor your individual needs, being led by the beauty and grace that you bring to each session. Awareness and compassion are the true healers and transformers, not me. The outer expressions of these might show up as:

• Playful inquiry into the old question of “who am I, really?”
• Easy meditations to enliven consciousness, open the heart, and ground into the body
• Simple experiments and questions to loosen repetitive mind patterns
• Processes to reprogram unconscious beliefs that often sabotage our true intentions
• Guided shamanic journeying and ceremony to connect with the unseen world for support and guidance
• Deep holding and acceptance of who you are, as a human and a Divine being
• Conversations and exchanges, human to human
